Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Manager to join their team in Esher.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and will be well presented and experienced in Lettings.
You will be responsible for all aspects of Lettings Negotiating, which includes building and maintaining relationships with Tenants & Landlords, providing excellent customer service, completing general administrative tasks (i.e. diary management, organisation, answering and actioning queries from prospective clients). You will also be helping with driving the business forward with new business generation.
