An award-winning company is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Wolverhampton.
You will be working to build and maintain a vast portfolio and will handle a number of responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. This will include, being responsible for maintenance on properties, carrying out property inspections and supporting owners with streamlining their tasks. It is an important aspect of this role to build relationships as you will be liaising with owners on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will be required to have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager and will need to be organised, energetic, passionate and confident.
This role is full-time (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary: £16,500 per annum with an OTE of £20,000
