Basic Salary Circa £20,000
Are you an experienced Sales / Lettings Negotiator who has an intrinsic understanding of the Residential Sales process?
Do you get a buzz out of seeing sales through to exchange and completion?
Do you want your weekends back, but still see a good salary?
Agreeing a Sale on a clients home is only half the battle, and seeing it through from this point to exchange and completion takes a lot of skill, understanding and patience. A number of successful negotiators have taken the step into Sales Progression, and now handle hundreds of cases per year, seeing them through to a conclusion.
Sales Progressors are now viewed by lots of businesses as just as important as the Negotiators themselves, and this role would offer you the opportunity to be incentivised around exchanging the pipeline. You will also work Monday to Friday and be able to take full advantage of having full weekends to yourself.
This is a growing and busy business, looking to spread its wings further and take advantage of sustained growth in turnover throughout the last couple of years.
